Yesterday at work, I was talking to a coworker and after about 5 minutes we found out we were cousins!!! It's so crazy; we pretty much freaked out and I told people about it all day LOL. Speaking of work, I am getting super-tired of being cashier. I don't make nearly as much money and people bitch at me non-stop when I'm cashier. For the most part I can handle bitchy people since I realize that I should feel bad for them for being so pathetic that they have nothing better to do than complain to me about their own mistakes.

On another note, though, sorry I haven't been posting much. Life has been QUITE hectic, and....bad news.... I FOUND OUT I WILL BE CURSED WITH DIAL-UP IN A COUPLE MONTHS!!! That's right; I'm moving out and I will no longer have high-speed. I'll just have to deal with cruddy free internet which usually has a 10 hour monthly limit anyways LOL.

With that being said, a lot of my sites will be shut down soon. I'll keep you updated!

Okay, today was the first day of medical terminology, so I had to go downtown to college by myself for the first time!!! I got a little lost on the way there, but coming home was no problem. I just have to remember next time not to fully trust mapquest LOL. Anyways, class went well. No one is really my age since I'm young for college, on top of that being in a class that requires a prerequisite. But oh well, at least it is all free!!

Also my mom had surgery earlier today so now I am just waiting to hear when she will be back. Everything went well and she is home now, so I guess not much else new besides school and work.

Also, coming home I got flipped off by a toddler so I snarled at him LOL.

Ok, so next Tuesday I start intermediate medical terminology class. Kinda nervous, plus it's the same day my mom is having surgery. Also hoping that my friend Jill and I can move in together because if not I don't know who else I'm gonna have as a roommate.

So yesterday at work was interesting; not only did my friend Kristy start choking at one point, but I also got called a red-headed faggot by Elvis (the cook at Ponderosa, not Presley). It was actually pretty funny that he called me that since he is a loser, so I laughed about it. Thank God Kristy is okay, though!!!

Moving on, I did pretty well at state for BPA. I placed in the top 10 for HTML, so I was pretty excited.

Anyways, I have been super-busy so I will make a better post soon!!

After getting rejected twice, I finally got approved to run the So You Think You Can Dance Season 3 fanlisting!!!! I've got it up here, and I will be adding extra content soon.

Tomorrow, though, I am going to Columbus to compete in the ohio state BPA competition for fundamentals of xhtml. I'm pretty excited, since if I get at least 5th place I get to go to Reno Nevada!!!! Even if I don't win, though, it will still be awesome since a bunch of friends are going with me tomorrow.

Ok, I need to go fix my hair weave so I don't look a mess tomorrow and friday LOL.

Ok, sorry for not posting in so long, but work has consumed my life for the past week LOL.

I've been doing pretty well at Ponderosa, I made $150 in tips this week (I think), and I've been having lots of fun. Last night, after I brought one of my customers their drinks, they were like, "Joseph, are you a model?" So I responded "NO!" But I smiled when I said it 'cause I was flattered. Then some guy said I had nice hair, but then it was creepy after he told me my skin was pretty :\ but oh well. Then I accidentally broke a steak sauce bottle and one of the dish washers cut himself on it :( but he said not to worry about it and I helped him take out the trash to make up for it LOL.

Anyways, I have today and tomorrow off and so I will try super hard to work on site-stuff. No promises though LOL.

My friend and I made this cake, and yes, it says boob. LOL we had the most boring day up until then; first we went to the Air Force Museum (only because it's free), then we went to Blockbuster and couldn't find any movies, and so then we came back home and played battle ship, AND THEN we made the cake!

Today I have training at work for like, five hours. I sort of excited but also really nervous. I tried on one of my work shirts, and they're like, ten sizes too big!! But oh well, I will go buy some new shirts some other time.

So, twice this week I've had a snow day, combined with Presidents Day, so I only had school twice this week LOL. It's actually pretty awesome since I was supposed to have an AP Government test today that I didn't study for xD!

I finally got my work permit turned in to Ponderosa, so now I will start work on Tuesday. I am super excited! I heard there's a lot of drama at work there, though (like a restaurant version of The Real World or some other MTV reality show of equal merit), but oh well. I'm guessing that's with just about any place you work.

I think I'll make some new icons today, and work on some site stuff. Hopefully I'll have some new layouts up!!

New job, fixed car, and a four day weekend!!

ME = HAPPY!!

I just got back from an interview at Ponderosa and they hired me on the spot! I'm really excited to start work 'cause the pay is good, a ton of my friends work there, and the manager is really nice!

Also, I got my car fixed! Turns out the terminals for my battery and alternator were corroded so my dad and I cleaned them off and now my cars fine!

And to put the icing on the cake, I have a four day weekend! My friend Angie and I will probably get to hang out a couple of days and then hopefully I will see some of my other friends too!

ok, so there's this song called Raindrops by Kandi Kids and it is the most amazing song ever!!!!! It makes me feel like dancing at 5:30 in the morning (granted that's what time it is right now).

ANYWAYS....I start tennis conditioning today at 3:00. I'm partially excited since I will get to see my friends who I almost never get to hang out with anymore, but on the other hand I know that I'm going to be super-sore tomorrow. I remember last year after tennis conditioning one day I couldn't even bend my knees 'cause I was so sore. But at least I'll be getting a hardcore workout!

Also, does anyone know what Business Professionals of America is? Last week I placed second in my region's "fundamentals of xhtml" event, so I get to go to state competition next month. If I place at least fifth at state, I get to go to Reno, so I'm super-psyched. I am a little disappointed that nationals are in Reno, though (my dad told me it is a hooker-town LOL). But regardless, I am going to study super-hard and make it to nationals!!

Ok, so the job hunt is still on; I got turned down by Buckle and I just had an interview at Sears yesterday, so hopefully they call me back soon. I'm also going to turn in about 6 applications tomorrow so I PRAY that someone hires me soon.

Also found out that tennis conditioning starts next Tuesday, but I'm not sure if I wanna do it. I guess truly I DO want to play tennis this year, but I'm more concerned about getting a job and working as much as possible.

Well, my job hunt continues after a week of unemployment. So far I've gotten turned down by Buckle, Blockbuster, The Disney Store, and Target, and so today I picked up applications from Party America (wanna work there baaad!!), Bed Bath & Beyond, The Hobby Lobby, and Kohl's. So with that being said, hopefully nine tries will be enough!!!

Anyways, I now get out of school at 9:15am since I only have one class for the new semester. At first I thought it would be cool, but then I realized how much I miss my friends LOL. But oh well, I'm supposed to go see Untraceable or Cloverfield with them this weekend.

Also looking for an apartment, but as of now the only affordable ones are in the bad area of town :(

Saturday night I got to go lazer tagging and it was actually pretty sweet. At first the lights, mirrors, strobe lights, and techno music made me feel like I was gonna die of some freaky drug overdose, but after a while it was super-fun. The only bad part is that my friend was being a douche and kept shooting me in the eyes with his lazer gun LOL.

THANK GAWD FIRST SEMESTER IS OVER WITH!! That means starting Thursday I only have one class to deal with, and as far as exams I only have to take AP English 402 exam.

Also bought shoes from Steve & Barry's for $9.00!! They aren't the most comfortable but they look cool so oh well LOL.

I wish iTunes had Konstantine by Something Corporate so I didn't have to listen to it on youtube!!! Oh well, maybe I will borrow my friend's CD and burn it or something.

Ok, so tomorrow I have to present my project that basically decides whether or not I graduate from high school. AHHHHH!!!!! I'm pretty nervous but a lot of my friends who already presented said it was pretty easy. Either way I am getting really nervous and have a bunch of other work to finish up so I can get my scholarship money and a;lkfjaklfj;!!!!

ANYWAYS, went to the mall today and got a pair of Vans from Hot Topic for $5.00. I was pretty stoked, but now I'm a little upset because I found out my mom has to use my car tomorrow which is LAME. But oh well. Getting my hair re-dyed tomorrow! I think I am going dark brown with some sort of crazy color of highlights!

So high school has been super hectic. First of all, my friend Jenn's iPod got stolen by this girl we call Gray Tooth, since she has a gray tooth. Anyways, Gray Tooth is the same girl who told this one girl who got raped that she deserved it, and then threatened to shoot her in the head three times. So NOW my friend Jenn is saying she is gonna beat up Gray Tooth.

MOVING ON! Yesterday, a girl had a seizure in the hall way at the end of the day, and, sadly, she passed away at about 6 pm last night. It was so hard to believe since it was someone I sat relatively close to in my zoology class. To make things worse, while I was working in the library they had counselors in there for all of her friends and I felt like I was gonna cry. It's just really hard to see that many people upset, and I feel like I could cry right now to be honest.

Academically school is just as crazy; I have to put together my senior project presentation this weekend PLUS make up five days of business simulations junk PLUS work on my Business Professionals of America team web design project. Ugh..... at least tomorrow I will get to go to the mall and relax and junk.

I finally got to go see Alvin and the Chipmunks with my best friend yesterday and it was pretty awesome!! It surprised me that Jesse McCartney was one of the chipmunks, though xD!!! Anyways, afterward we walked around a bit (the theater is part of an outside mall), and laughed at these 13 year old girls taking pictures of eachother; we were like, "those pictures are totally for myspace!" Anyways, I had a good time but I'm a little upset that my other friends have been ignoring me. Over the last like, three weeks they've hung out with me once! And then I found out everyone went bowling without me. But oh well, maybe I'm over-reacting :(

BTW I have been getting SPAM members at my Shiny Toy Guns Fanlisting. It's kind of weird, but I add them anyways. Does anyone think I should not add them?

Anyways, I'm not all that excited about the new year LOL. I don't really have a resolution yet (nor do I plan on making one), but 2007 was definitely an amazing year for me.

LOLZ went to see Juno with a few friends, and it was amazing. I told these random people that they had cheap hair weaves xD! Then, we jammed out to some gangsta' music on the way home. I asked if anyone wants to go see Alvin and the Chipmunks tonight, but so far no one wants to.

On a less joyful note, my dog's ear is all messed up. I noticed that he wouldn't stop shaking his head, and I checked his ears and noticed one is TORN UP inside. The worst part is that my mom is out of town so for now I just have to keep it clean and hope that it doesn't get worse. He probably just scratched it too hard, though; that's usually the case since he has really bad allergies.

Working on getting a ton of my sites back up and running right now, also added some new icons.

Ok, so I got home sick REALLY bad at grandma's and came home early. I think it was mostly out of boredom and being uncomfortable, though, but anyways now that I am home I feel much better! Still looking for a job, I applied at the Disney store at the mall (please hire me!!!) and Great American Cookie. I'm just hoping that I don't have another Abercrombie application catastrophe!

But anyways, just FYI everyone Pantene is the worst shampoo ever. I found out that it's actually not even good for your hair, it just uses wax to make it look shiny. I had been using it but noticed my hair was getting damaged, so I decided to get some Biolage, and my hair feels 100x softer and healthier.

My friends better hang out with me tomorrow, 'cause they've been ditching me like, everyday over Christmas break. I found out EVERYONE went to see I Am Legend without me, which is a ton of crap, but oh well.

Ok, so tomorrow my mother is leaving for California so I will be staying with my Grandma....AWESOME!!! I will still get to hang out with my friends and whatnot, but now I won't have the overbearing of my mother to deal with. Hopefully I will get to go ice skating either tomorrow or Saturday. And then I think I want to go see I Am Legend with Will Smith. Right now, though, there are some scheduling issues going on with my friends : (

Also decided to post a color palette I made; at first when I saw these I was like, "WTF?" But it's fun.

P.S. expect to see a graphic resources site from me soon; it won't be anything magnificent but it will be loaded with patterns and gradients.

Ok, so I made a super-new christmas layout for my collective. You can see it here, so check it out foolz!

So anyways, I am going to be on Winter break after this week... YAAAAY!!!!! I'm excited but I found out I have to stay at my grandma's for 5 days, with NO computer, plus I have to bring my whiny dog who is afraid of her dog. Plus my mom doesn't want me to drive while she is gone which is not gonna happen since I plan on visiting my friends who I haven't seen since last year's graduation! But oh well, things will work out.

Anyways, I need to get some stuff done; I was supposed to read a book for tomorrow and only have 30 pages out of like, 150 read, so I will definitely be hitting up sparknotes! Plus I have to do some simulation crap for business class. Plus I need to go buy bread so I'm out!

ANYWAYS! I got a snow day on Wednesday which was pretty awesome! Then yesterday and today I had a two hour school delay, but it was kind of crappy 'cause I didn't get study hall. But yeah, Thursday, I left school early and took my mom to get a tattoo. She got a Jesus fish, but I didn't get anything; plus my sister freaked out about our mom getting a tattoo and told me she would "whoop all up on me" if I got one LOL.

Totally need to call some places tonight about jobs. Right now I plan on calling Target and Payless Shoes, but I'm not for sure about any others.
